Master the correct operation skills: When drawing liquid, hold the pipette vertically and fully immerse the pipette tip below the liquid column's curved surface. The immersion depth should be appropriate to avoid inhaling air or causing the liquid to stick to the outside of the pipette tip. Draw the liquid slowly to prevent the formation of bubbles. Pause for one second after aspirating the liquid and before the pipette tip leaves the liquid, and keep the pause time consistent.
