Storage environment

Dry: Avoid humid environment to prevent moisture or microorganism breeding of suction head. Cleanliness: The storage area should be kept clean to avoid dust or contaminants entering the suction head packaging. Temperature: Usually room temperature (15-25°C), avoid high temperature or direct sunlight. Sterile environment: For aseptic inhalation, the storage area should be as close to sterile conditions as possible.

Packing method

Original packaging: Suction heads are usually sold in boxes or bags, keeping the original packaging sealed when not in use. Aseptic packaging: The aseptic suction head is usually packaged in an independent sealed package, which is used on demand to avoid opening too much at one time. Bulk suction heads: If it is a bulk suction head, it is recommended to use a clean sealed container for storage, and regularly disinfect the container.

Storage location

Test bench or cabinet: Place the suction head in a dedicated test bench or cabinet to avoid direct exposure to the air. Keep away from chemicals: Avoid storage with volatile or corrosive chemicals to prevent damage to the head material. Clear identification: Label the suction specifications (such as capacity, whether sterile, etc.) on the storage container or package for easy access.

Long-term storage precautions

Regular inspection: Long-term storage of the suction head should be regularly checked whether the packaging is intact, whether there are signs of moisture or contamination. Avoid expiration: Pay attention to the shelf life of the suction head, expired suction head may lose sterility or material performance decline.
