In addition, most suction heads in the manufacturing process will also add a small amount of additives, the more common additives are: 1, color material. 2. Release agent. It is mainly used to help the suction head to break away from the mold quickly after forming. In this case, the more additives, the higher the probability that an undesirable chemical reaction may occur during the pipetting process. So the safest is no additives.

2. Packaging of pipette suction head

Pipette suction heads are mainly packaged in bags and boxes. In relatively mature markets, boxed sets dominate; However, in our market, the bag is currently the absolute mainstream -- the main reason is that the bag is cheap. The so-called bag is to put the suction head in a plastic ziplock bag, each bag 500 or 1000 (the number of large range suction head per bag will be much less). Most users will buy the bag suction head, and then manually put the suction head into the suction box, in this process, secondly increase the chance of contaminating the suction head!
