More and more demanding experiments now require the head to be RNA-free, DNA-free, pyrogen free and ATP free.

Usually customers are used to high temperature autoclave themselves, but the high temperature autoclave suction head is not guaranteed to remove biological contamination. We take "pyrogen" as an example, pyrogen has good heat resistance, 3 to 4 hours at 180 ° C, 60 minutes at 200 ° C or 30 to 40 minutes at 250 ° C to destroy pyrogen *, while conventional high temperature and humid heat sterilization can not destroy pyrogen activity at 121 ° C for 30 minutes. Moreover, pyrogen exists everywhere in the daily environment, even in the air, and is easily polluted.

Therefore, to ensure biological cleanliness, it is necessary to strictly control biological contamination in the production process of the suction head. Specific considerations can be made from the following three aspects:

1. The raw material of the suction head is pure and without addition;

2. The suction head production workshop requires at least 100,000 clean grades;

3, the whole production process of the suction head, raw material transmission, production and packaging should avoid personnel contact with pollution.
