What are the cleaning steps of the sintered filter element?
发布时间:2022-03-22 09:52:17

First of all, the main function of the metal sintered mesh filter element is gas filtration. We need to know that many of our industrial gases and the environment contain large amounts of bacteria, dust and other magazines. If they are directly discharged into the air, it will cause great harm to our body, so we need to use a sintered filter element to filter the gas, let it meet the emission standard, and then discharge.

The advantage of this machine is that it can be used in many industries and in many products. Sintered filters are used in oil filters, air cleaners, dust collectors and many products. Therefore, although it is only a small accessory in China, the market reference prospect is very broad. It eliminates many types of magazines, including gases, dust, bacteria and particles, which can be removed by installing a sintered filter on the device, which is not possible with many other filtration devices. Although there are many other brands competing with China in this product field, China has mastered the core technology of this accessory manufacturing, and I believe there will be good development in the future.

After a period of use, the sintered mesh filter will be filled with a lot of impurities. If it is not cleaned in time, it will affect the filtration efficiency and effect.

1. Forward cleaning refers to the cleaning method in which the cleaning agent or cleaning water travels from the upstream to the downstream of the membrane. This process can be done at slightly higher pressure than the filtered product.

2. Reverse cleaning refers to the cleaning method of cleaning agent or cleaning water from the downstream to the upstream of the membrane.

3. We do not recommend users to use reverse cleaning, especially the final filter. The reason is that after reverse cleaning, impurities in the cleaning agent or cleaning water will remain on the downstream end of the membrane, and even cause contamination to the next batch of products.
