Common filter types:

1. Air filter.

Atmospheric filters are also called air filters. air filter. type, etc. It is mainly used in air filtration of construction locomotives, automobiles, agricultural locomotives, laboratories, sterile operation rooms and various precision operation rooms.


2.PP filter.

Melt-blown filter is also called PP melt-blown filter. Melt-blown PP sintered filter element is made of polypropylene ultrafine fibers by thermal fusion entanglement. The fibers randomly form a three-dimensional microporous structure in space. Gradient distribution, integrating surface, deep and fine filtration, can retain impurities of different particle sizes. 3. Wire wound filter.

5. Activated carbon filter.

7. Ceramic filter.

8. Resin filter.

The resin is a porous, insoluble exchange material. When the resin is nascent, this charge exchange site is occupied by sodium ions. After passing through the resin storage tank, the calcium and magnesium come into contact with the resin beads to displace the sodium ions from the exchange site. This resin prefers to bind strongly charged cations, and calcium and magnesium ions have a stronger charge than sodium ions. Instead of sodium ions, drain the water softener through the resin "bed", allowing the water softener to drain "soft" water. Eventually, all the resin exchange sites are occupied by calcium and magnesium and cannot continue to work.


9. Titanium rod filter.

The titanium rod filter element has excellent properties such as corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, high strength, easy guarantee of filtration accuracy, and easy regeneration; it is made of titanium powder by sintering at high temperature after molding, so the surface particles are not easy to fall off; the operating temperature in the air can reach 500~600℃; used to filter a variety of corrosive media, such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, hydroxide, seawater, aqua regia, iron, copper, sodium and other chloride solutions. Excellent mechanical properties, can be cut, welded and other mechanical processing, high compressive strength, internal pressure failure strength as high as 2MPa or more; its filtration accuracy is easy to ensure, even if it works under high temperature and high pressure, the aperture will not be deformed. Its porosity reaches 35~45%, the pore size distribution is uniform, the dirt holding capacity is strong, and it is convenient to reuse after regeneration.
